Vicki K. McGriff is Vice President of Operations for MI Technologies. As Vice President of Operations, she has responsibility for production, materials, configuration management, quality, facilities and company safety. She has been with the company since 1999 and has been in manufacturing management for the past fifteen years.

Vicki’s management career began at Raytheon (formerly Hughes Aircraft Company), where she performed in various management roles including Program Manager for Missile products, Product Line Manager for Air Based Weapons Products, and Focused Factory Manager for military and commercial products. As a Program Manager and Product Line Manager, Vicki was responsible for manufacturing as well as financial performance on the various products and programs. As a Focused Factory Manager, Vicki’s responsibilities increased to include all aspects of running a factory, including manufacturing, procurement, business analysis and engineering. In these various management positions, Vicki managed products and programs worth $40M per year. Vicki began her career as an electrical engineer with Hughes Aircraft, designing missile control systems before entering into management positions. Vicki has over 19 years manufacturing experience with a broad understanding of various manufacturing techniques and processes.

Vicki is active in several charity organizations for Breast Cancer research, including the American Cancer Society. Vicki is active in showing dogs and is involved in numerous related organizations, including the American Kennel Club. Vicki also has trained and continues to work with training therapy dogs.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from LaGrange College.
