Isaac A. (Ike) Prather is the Director of Human Resources for MI Technologies. He was named to this position in 2000. Ike is responsible for the Company’s staffing and recruiting, benefit administration, and employee relations activities.

Prior to joining the MI Technologies' staff, Ike served as a Human Resources consultant for such companies as TRW, AT&T, the General Accounting Office and Nashville Power from 1997. He began his career in 1969 with the U.S. Army and joined the Mobil Oil Company in 1979 holding a variety of Human Resources positions culminating in the post of Regional Employee Relations Manager. Ike was named Staffing Center Manager at The General Electric Company's Space Systems Division in Philadelphia in 1985 and later served as Director, Minority Engineering at Syracuse University as GE's Aerospace Group, Ocean and Radar Systems Division, Executive on Loan from 1988 to 1992. He was named to the position of Manager, Employee Worklife Systems at the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1992 and in 1994 served as Manager, Valley Health Management for the TVA until he started his consulting firm in 1997.

Ike is active in a number of industry and professional organizations. He presently is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and of the American Electronics Association (AEA).

Mr. Prather holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with emphasis in Economics and Political Science from Hampton University and a Master of Public Administration degree with emphasis in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
