David J. Wayne is the Vice President of Engineering for MI Technologies, joining the company in August of 2003. Dave brings over twenty years of experience managing the development and production of complex feedback control systems.

Dave’s career includes many years of service with the Boeing Company (formally Rockwell International), in various engineering and management positions including Director of Engineering for the design and production of Tactical Missile Systems. Dave joined the Avionics Displays Corporation, where he served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Dave served as the Director of Operations for Advanced Control Systems, which provides Supervisory Control and Data Acquisitions systems for Power Utilities.

Over his career, Dave has been active in a number of industry and community service organizations, including the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association and National Management Association. He is an active volunteer in his home community and has served as president of his homeowner’s association.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University. He is also a graduate of Rockwell International’s Executive Training course as well as various program and functional management courses.
