As part of this move, William (Bill) R. Griffin, Jr., IAM's owner and principal, has joined MI Technologies as a senior technologist.

Manufacturing
In manufacturing, IAM Systems has diligently advanced the state-of-the-art in manufacturing with composite compact range reflectors. This pioneering effort complements MI Technologies' compact range manufacturing technology.

Metrology
MI Technologies is expanding its measurement services to include IAM Systems metrology services. These qualify existing systems, align system components and perform reverse engineering of physical models using our own state-of-the-art metrology equipment.

Modeling
IAM Systems supplements MI Technologies' design and analysis capabilities with unsurpassed solid modeling tools and techniques.

Management
MI Technologies' management expertise, along with the IAM Systems capabilities, helps customers design, develop, manufacture, test and service state-of-the-art engineering solutions.
